Collaborative Camp, 10 to 11 August, 2014 in Gunung Pancar, was attended by the students of 7th grade to 12th grade. The event wasn’t for vacation or relaxation, but for learning surrounded by nature.

We Love Gardening!

Humans can learn a lot from nature. At Sekolah Pilar Indonesia, students are always encouraged to learn from their surroundings. Gardening is one of the ways we use to introduce nature to our students. Through gardening, students also learn to be responsible. They practised working in groups and taking turns. They are responsible to water the plants, observe the growth and check the conditions of the plants regularly. Isn’t gardening fun?

Sports and Games Day

This school year, High School students have a new weekly event called “Sports and Games day”. Every Friday morning high school students will compete in different sports or games activities throughout the year. We have divided the students into 6 ‘houses’ and which are named after notable cities in Indonesia, including: Denpasar, Batu, Batam, Ambon, Sofifi, and Wamena.
