Graduation Day 2018

On Tuesday, 5th June 2018, Sekolah Pilar Indonesia held the Graduation Ceremony for 110 students from Reception, Grade 6, Grade 9 and Grade 12. This year's  graduation theme was "The world could be a vision of a million dreams". The theme defines our hopes for the graduates to reach out for their dreams and be the best that they can be. In his commencement address, Bapak Dr. Iwan Kresna Setiadi from the Management Board, congratulated the students and encouraged them to keep being independent, highly-principled and to appreciate diversity. Congratulations, Graduates! We wish you success on your future endeavours.

Damai dalam Keberagaman: MABIT/MABI 2018

Malam Bina Iman dan Takwa (MABIT) dan Malam Bina Iman (MABI) kembali dilaksanakan di Sekolah Pilar Indonesia pada tanggal 30-31 Mei 2018. Sekolah Pilar Indonesia menyadari pentingnya penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi sejak dini, sehingga pada tahun ini, MABIT/MABI mengambil tema “Damai dalam Keberagaman”. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengajak setiap peserta MABIT/MABI, yaitu siswa kelas 4 hingga 11, merefleksikan sikap tolerasi dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Melalui berbagai bentuk kegiatan seperti diskusi interaktif, permainan, pengkajian kitab suci, serta refleksi, setiap peserta secara aktif berpikir dan mengambil komitmen untuk menjadi pembawa damai dan pemelihara toleransi.

PYP Exhibition: Through Small Actions, Everyone Can Make A Difference

On Wednesday, 30th May 2018, all Grade 6 students participated in the Primary Years Programme (PYP) Exhibition. The PYP exhibition represents an important event in the life of a primary school student. As the senior primary class, the PYP exhibition gives Grade 6 the opportunity to share their learning with the whole school community. It is also an opportunity for students to exhibit the attitudes and the learner profile characteristics that have been developed throughout their engagement with the Primary Years Programme.
